Base is how much the operation produces without expansions or XP. Basic/Improved is the same thing, but for the starting op vs the improved or upgraded version.
Adjusted is how much it produces with expansions but without manager XP. If it says ? here it’s because I haven’t been able to check it (perhaps because I only have the Improved version of the op). If a level is specified it’s because I didn’t have a manager with maxed out XP.
+ Manager XP is with expansions and with the manager’s XP level in whichever option increases their output. If they’ve hit maximum level and started taking levels in Production Manager, this decreases the input (and increases the profit), which is the case for some of the cost calculations below. For some operations the manager can only level up in Production Manager, which doesn’t change the output per cycle. Those ones say n/a, but there is still a profit increase thanks to expansions.
Cost/unit shows the difference in the cost of producing one item with all expansions and a fully upgraded manager, compared to the unadjusted base production price. The bigger the saving, the more profit you can get when selling! Or, in the case of ingredients, the less it will cost to produce the items that uses those ingredients.
The T3 barrels all have two different recipes, so anything that uses a T3 barrel as an ingredient is using an average production cost of the two recipes. Anything that uses a T2 booze as ingredient is using the basic (unadjusted) standalone/non-T1 recipe.
Tier 1
The profit is based on the Improved versions. You can get the cost down further by making your own T1 ingredients.
Product | Basic/ Improved | Adjusted | + Manager XP | Cost/unit |

Moonshine (Cincinnati): Steam Sanitizer, Polish Spirit Stills, Production Tracking
Moonshine (New York): Ethnic Solidarity, Production Tracking, High Capacity Grain Stills. You can use Pot Still Master to level up a standard recipe Moonshine manager too, and get even higher output than listed above.
Tier 2
Unless you have passive productions giving you things like Hops or Sugar, it might be slightly cheaper to use the T1-based recipes (especially if you make the basic ingredient yourself) – the downside is that you have to sacrifice T1 booze that could otherwise be sold for profit.

Tier 3
The reason this is full of holes is because I don’t tend to build the operations that make straight T3 bottles, because I find them difficult to keep stocked up with ingredients.

Gin calculations are based on the Neutral Alcohol recipe for consistency. You can get further savings by making the Neutral Alcohol yourself. Champagne uses Backroom Winery wine, but the wine price is unadjusted, so in reality you will have a bigger saving. Cordials used the Citrus Fruit/Vodka Cask recipe.

Map & nationality exclusives
The ones that are missing is because I have yet to play far enough to build those operations using the nationalities or maps in question.
If only one number is listed in Basic/Improved, it’s because you can’t build an improved version of that operation.
Corn Whiskey is based on the small still, as I don’t have the upgrade yet.

Ingredients
I don’t tend to build the Ice House, hence why I don’t have the information for it. The Counterfeit Label Printer can’t have expansions added, so the only thing that improves with manager XP is the input.
