There are two (technically three) different recipes available for making cordial. They’re both available in the same building, so choose whichever is more convenient to what resources you have available.

Profit per production cycle is based on basic figures and does not take into account manager leveling, operation expansions, or having buildings with relevant passive productions. Price is based on making the Vodka Casks yourself. They’re free if you have the Police Transportation Contract law enacted, but cost a lot more if you’re using the Passenger Train Station to import them.
*Lower production cost/higher profit from Citrus Fruit recipe with Rye-based Vodka casks, as both are the cheaper options. Higher production cost/lower profit from Fruit recipe with Barley-based Vodka casks.

Sell cordial in Dance Hall, Jazz Club or to hotels.
