You won’t find this alcohol unless you have the corresponding nationality DLC. Base game allows you to play as (for instance) an Italian, sure, but Grappa will only exist in the game if you have The Italian Outfit DLC.

If you’re playing the New York map: unless you have a lot of storage space, wait until you can build a Supper Club, because that’s the only place you will be able to sell your Grappa! No businesses will buy it.
Grappa is quite a nice operation, because between this and an actual winery, you’ll have a good stock of Counterfeit Wine to use for making Champagne later in the game.
