You’re going up in the world! Small Speaks bring in more money than the Corner Speaks, because they sell higher value alcohol.
There are five different versions to choose from. The basic one will only sell the four standard T2 alcohols, the others will sell 50% more of the basic four, plus a T3 alcohol, and map/nationality exclusive alcohols.
Grappa isn’t a Small Speakeasy option in New York, but is in other cities – or at least it does in Chicago.

Note that the basic Small Speakeasy (above), which only sells the four T2 alcohols, can NOT be upgraded to a Supper Club.

A note for the Vodka version: it appears that if you upgrade it to a Supper Club, you can’t later upgrade it to a Dance Hall for some reason. Only Jazz Club and Fine Dining Restaurant.
