Your reputation precedes you. A supper club, and either of its three upgrade options, will increase your respect in the area surrounding the business to the point of you gaining territory for free. This is useful if you have some awkward corners you can’t otherwise get, or don’t want to pay out for months, however, you can only get income from any businesses here if their corner is adjacent to a front.
Supper Clubs will also sell map exclusive alcohol (e.g. New York’s Absinthe and Amaretto) if upgraded from a Small Speakeasy that sold them. They won’t be available if you build it from scratch.
You can’t build a Dance Hall, Fine Dining Restaurant or Jazz Club outright. You have to build a Supper Club first and then upgrade it to your chosen end tier speak. That’s why they’re included on this page.
Building a T3 alcohol manufacture should trigger the Supper Clubs skill mission.

It appears that if you upgrade the Vodka version of a Small Speakeasy to a Supper Club, you can’t later upgrade it to a Dance Hall for some reason. Only Jazz Club and Fine Dining Restaurant.
