The office

The Criminal Record DLC introduces something that’s classed as an office for your boss. This is not a location on the map, or a building you can use and assign your boss to, but is a sort of in-game trophy cabinet, or a “visual record of your achievements” that you fill with mementos. New items get added to it automatically when you’ve achieved certain things in game.

If you want to get to it when you don’t have a start-of-turn notification, you find it on the “Your Outfit” screen under Report dialogs (top left of the screen, third icon from the left).

“You show up well dressed with a silk cravat and a bold proposal. A year ago, you were a brigand in the woods. Who are you?”

You can either choose a swanky penthouse overlooking the city or a more cozy country lodge style. Here are two examples:

If you add Criminal Record after you’ve started playing, you shouldn’t have a problem. You should still get pop up that asks which style of office you want and then start to fill it up with things.

Books		Crew stat “resvisited” is at least 4. Efficient Driver, maybe?
Business awards		Presumably upon completing an as of yet unknown mission.
Caesar	Penthouse	Reach the Captains legacy goal (have at least 7 captains).
Chess set	Penthouse	Open 10 fronts.
Coffee cup		Presumably upon completing an as of yet undiscovered mission.
Drapes		Meet 4 other outfits.
Fancy chair		Unclear, but looks like it might be having assigned at least 4 captains to specific roles. Swaps out the Basic chair.
Fancy desk		Have 6 captains? Swaps out the Basic desk.
Figurine	Penthouse	Extort 5 gamblers.
Fireplace		Complete the neighborhood event mission Burning Desires.
Fishing trip		Presumably upon completing an as of yet undiscovered mission.
Grandfather clock		Reach turn 417.
Hat tree		Have 3 crew members.
Hunting trophy	Lodge	Complete 3 missions from a crew member’s family?
Landscape painting	Lodge	Raid 5 safe houses.
Lighting		Reach the Tied House legacy goal (have an exclusive with a fancy hotel). You probably have to wait until the new year for it to show up.
Liquor Stash		Not Cincinnati: Unlock all T4 alcohols. Cincinnati: Sell at least 100 Bourbon.
Lounge	Penthouse	Have a Small Speakeasy.
Modern Painting	Penthouse	Raid 5 safe houses.
Persian rug		Add a train station (any) to your territory.
Photos		Redeem 50 favors.
Souvenirs		Complete 2 missions from someone of the same ethnicity as your boss.
Telephone		Complete 100 transactions.
Tommy gun		Fight 3 times. Requires having unlocked all types of guns.
Visitor chairs		Have 6 crew members.
Wall safe		Complete a Bank Robbery scheme.
