The sports car I got either as a reward from a mission or from a scheme, I can’t remember which. If it was a scheme, it would have been from the Mouthpiece Captain, which is from the Criminal Record DLC. The sports car is tiny, completely useless for moving anything but money around, but the person in it does get +5 Movement so it could be useful for scouting.
The armored car costs around $3600 and can be bought from any dealership. It comes in a randomly assigned color and gives the crew member driving it 20 armor (20 HP needs to be lost before the driver takes damage) when attacked. As soon as I can afford one, it’s what my Italian bosses drive.
The cargo van can’t be bought, it only comes from extorting a gambler in Atlantic City. It’s a T3 reward, so you need to have forgiven gambling debts a couple of times first. The town car can be bought from any car dealership? (I haven’t been able to buy one so far in my Atlantic City game, so I can’t confirm it.)
